R. Terry Lindeman

Lindeman, R. Terry 80, passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 29, 2017 at Seasons Hospice in Wyandotte, MI. Terry was born in Detroit to Roger and Myrtle (Esseltine) Lindeman and they preceded him in death.. Terry was raised in Allen Park, Mi. After serving in the U.S. Army in Korea and Japan he returned to Michigan and was employed as a plate maker at Saffron Printing in Detroit. During his lifetime he owned his own business (Downriver Fiberglass Repair) then was a dispatcher for US Trucking, Blazer Trucking and retired from Ryder Trucking. He is survived by his son Roger D. Lindeman, sister Joyce I Lindeman, ex-wife Jackie Lindeman, Grandsons Travis Sesnie, Roger J Lindeman and friends Cindy Kincaid and Lesley Bradford. Terry lived in Brownstown Township for many years and was an avid boater on the Detroit River, Lake Erie and spent summers on Bredin Island, Georgian Bay in Ontario, Canada. A celebration of Terry's life will be held on Sunday January 7, 2018 from 2-4 pm at the Wyandotte Boat Club,1 Pine St., Wyandotte, MI. Memorial donations may be made in Terry's name to the VFW Post 4230, 35427 W.
