Carson Cole Gladstone, 10 day old infant, of Sherrills Ford, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023 at Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte.
He was born August 4, 2023 in Iredell County to Joseph Allen Gladstone and Nicole Lauren Korytko Gladstone of Sherrills Ford. During Carson's brief ten days on this Earth, he brought immeasurable joy and hope into our lives. Touching us with his innocence and pure spirit. Carson has left an indelible mark on our hearts. He brought moments of tenderness and unity to our family, reminding us of the fragility and beauty of life. His memory will forever remain etched in our souls. We take solace in knowing that Carson is now cradled in the arms of God, free from pain and surrounded by boundless love. In his brief time, he taught us the profound value of cherishing every precious moment, and he will forever be a symbol of love and resilience. Although our time together was far too short, we are grateful for the love and memories he brought into our lives. May Baby Carson rest peacefully, forever surrounded by the love he brought into this world. He will be deeply missed and always remembered.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, John Korytko.

A memorial service to celebrate Carson's life will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Bennett Funeral Service, 7878 NC Hwy 16, Newton. The Rev. Amaro Saumell will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2 to 2:45 p.m. at Bennett Funeral Service.
