Bruce Sloan Obituary
He passed away at home on Aug. 29, 2023.
Bruce was the manager of Mountain Fresh Grocery for 18 years when it was a small hometown business.
Bruce was born in Pittsburgh, PA in 1953. He grew up in Davie, FL. He is survived by his wife Suzanne of 33 years, who he met in Highlands. His father William Sloan lives in Jacksonville, FL. His brother Scott and his wife Kathy (Brown) live in Charlotte, NC.
His daughter Kellie Brown and her husband Marc live in Evergreen, CO. Kellie and Marc have three children, Fletcher, Macy and Felix.
Suzanne's granddaughter Alexsis Healey always thought of Bruce as papa and he considered her one of his grandchildren.
There will be no service.
