Craig Adams Obituary

Craig Keith Adams Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Friend died peacefully with his sweetheart Tammy and daughter Krista by his side.

He graduated from this life on January 30, 2025. He was 69 years old. Craig was born June 19, 1955, in American Fork, Utah to Keith K. Adams and Melba Bronson Adams. He was raised in American Fork and graduated from American Fork High School in 1973. As a youth he participated in the boy scouts and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He served a mission in the Brisbane, Australia Mission. He attended Brigham Young University where he received a BA in Business and Marketing. He was a BYU blue cougar through and through. He was a campus recruiter and sales manager for Nestle Foods USA. After he retired from Nestle he was asked to serve in a bishopric at the Utah State Prison. He then was called to open a Family History Library at the Prison. It later grew into five libraries. He served for 14 years, two of them being on death row.

In 2001 he met the love of his life Tamara J. Christensen. After a few days of dating he asked her hand in marriage. They were married on May 11, 2001, in the College/Young township. They were sealed for time and all eternity in the Logan Utah Temple on 22 February 2003. Craig and Tammy met on LDS Singles.com and arranged their own blind date.

He was an avid skier. In later years after he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, he would ski with Common Ground many times a week.

Craig is survived by his wife Tammy of North Logan, son Thomas Christensen of Hyrum, Utah, daughter Krista Christensen of North Logan, Utah, son Steve Adams {Trish), daughter Alisa Kramer of Utah County, Utah, daughter Corinne Boren (Nick) Pleasant Grove, Utah. Craig has sixteen grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters Jeanene Turner (Ron) of American Fork, Utah and Cheryl Christiansen of Salt Lake City.

He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day and he held many callings. His favorite was serving the men at the Utah State Prison.

He was preceded in death by his parents Keith K. Adams and Melba Bronson Adams. His sister Paula Adams Sharp and three angel babies, one being Lakota Aspen Christensen.

Our family would like to thank the many wonderful healthcare works of CNS who spent countless hours caring for Craig. We would like to especially thank Dr. Kevin Duke for his thoughtful care and heartfelt concern for Craig.
