We were together in the 5/18th wards in high school. She and I used to walk together to and from school. When it was hot we'd stop and put our feet in the canal and talk for a while. Our wards didn't have many youth so we had combined youth activities. One of our memories was the awful girls basketball team we had! We had amazing height but no skills. Men weren't allowed to coach us and no moms played. I remember one time we arrived in Karen's Volkswagen. We had crowded our entire team into her VW bug! We got out and people stopped to watch! We had good times. She was always cheerful and fun to be around.

Such beautiful memories of our beautiful Lynell. So grateful that she has been in our lives as long as she was permitted to stay. Her beautiful smile will forever be remembered. Love you so much!
