Dear Aunt Gert, Iris and Jo-Anne;
I discovered the news about Pat's passing last evening, and am so saddened by his death. He was my First Cousin, but I always thought of him as the Brother I never had. Pat was an extremely kind and generous man, and all who knew him have been touched by him. My huge regret is that we were not in touch with each other for the last years of his life. I have nothing but loving and good memories of all the times we did spend together, and as long as there is a thing called memory, Pat will never be gone from us. Rest in Peace with the Lord Pat. I love you.

With deepest sympath to Pat's mother and sisters...
I met Pat back in the mid 1980's as we both worked for airlines. He was Mr.Delta for sure and an asset to that company. We would discuss how the airline passengers changed during his time there and even after. He cared for the people that worked under him and people in general. A fine young man. We would write back and forth usually starting out with his health and then he would proceed to politics and then we went on to the weather and wound up about our vegatable and flower gardens and things that needed to be done that each of us hadn't gotten to. He always sent funny cards at all the holidays and then usually a meaningful one too. Those cards I always looked foreward too. I will miss that and I will miss Pat, my friend. I will remember you my ME friend, your CT friend.

To Pat's Mom & Sisters, I'm so sadden with your loss. Pat was a wonderful person. We met in 1978 and became close, life long friends. He was the most caring, loving & generous person I have ever known. There will never be another Pat. After moving to the West coast, I made it a point to see Pat every time I went home. I'm so happy I got to spend his last birthday with him. Because of death in my own family I was fortunate enough to see Pat 3 times in the past 13 months, and I will cherish those visits forever. Pat will be remembered by many, as he was a very special person! My deepest condolences to all of you.

I met Pat in the early 80's when he worked for Delta. He and I became good friends for many years. He was one of the most generous men I've ever met. His home was always open to his family and friends. I will miss our chats. Rest in Peace my Dear friend.

Such sad news to hear today, my condolences on your loss.
As a Delta flight attendant for almost 30 years, commuting to Atlanta, and briefly Boston, from my home in Maine for several of those years, and also having layovers in Bangor, I got to know and like Pat very much. He was a true Delta professional and I missed seeing him and interacting with him after he retired in 1995. He will be missed. Rip Pat.
