Ronald Dufresne Obituary
As per his wishes, a private ceremony will be held at a later date.
He is survive by his wife of 53 years, Mary Savoie Dufresne; son, Scott Dufresne and wife, Dana; daughter, Sandy Dufresne Boudreaux and husband, Robert; sister, Gloria Dufresne Naquin and husband, Royce; and grandchildren, Jordin Boudreaux, Scotti Dufresne, Haileigh Dufresne, Jacy Boudreaux, Jared Boudreaux, and Madison Dufresne.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Levy Dufresne and Dorisa Dupre Dufresne; mother-in-law, Norma Savoie; father-in-law, Clifton "Toie" Savoie; and brothers, Roland and Gerald Dufresne.
He was a life long insurance account manager. He was very passionate about his family, faith, and mostly his wife. He was loved dearly by his friends and family and will be truly missed.
Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.

Ms Mary, I am so very sorry for your loss! I will treasure the short time I got to work with Mr. Ron. Even though I did not get a chance to meet Mr Ron, I feel like he was a part of my family and for that I am very grateful! Know that I am praying for you for strength and comfort!
