Poughkeepsie - Stephanie Faith Brennan, age 29, of Poughkeepsie, died Saturday, January 19, 2013 in Poughkeepsie, NY. Stephanie was born August 11, 1983 in Beacon, NY. She is the daughter of Joseph F. Brennan and Ginnine (Wisner) O'Neil.
She was employed by Harbor Freight Tools Poughkeepsie as an Assistant Manager.
Stephanie was a local resident all her life, she loved to read, loved and enjoyed listening to music, enjoyed dirt biking and loved animals especially her dogs and cats.
She is survived by ; her father Joseph F. Brennan and her stepmother Peg of St. Augustine Fla, her mother and stepfather Ginnine and David O'Neil of Dover Plains, NY., brother Corey Pascale of Poughkeepsie, NY., sister Christie Brennan of St. Augustine, Fla., stepbrother John Jenks of St. Augustine, Fla., grandparents Joyce and William Fisher of Poughkeepsie, NY., her boyfriend and the love of her life Robert VanLeuvan of Poughkeepsie, NY., her Aunts and Uncles Dinnine and George Rodriguez of Poughkeepsie, Kelly and James Larkin of Beacon, Keith and Jackie Wiser of Middletown, Babette and Dave Rose of Poughkeepsie, Sean and Dawn Brennan of Poughkeepsie, Kimberly Brennan and her partner Jeff Vinette of Poughkeepsie, Lori and David Horak of Texas, Dave and Mihaela Fisher of LaGrange and Michael Fisher of Florida. Stephanie is also survived by her niece, Lilly Jade Mannering-Pascale, her nephew Dante Brennan Combs and many cousins
Calling hours will be Friday, January 25, 2013 from 3pm to 7pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. A memorial service will be held 6:30 pm during the visitation. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Stephanie's name to: DCASPCA Violet Ave. Hyde Park, New York .

Iv known Stephanie since she was a small child. I spent alot of time at the family's home growing up and would often babysit her with her Aunt Kelly. I have not seen Stephanie for many years and although I know she was a beautiful young woman now, I will forever remember her as that silly little girl that we tortured during sleepovers. My heart breaks for the entire family and I send my heartfelt and sincerest condolences.While I know there are no words to ease the pain the family is feeling I try to find some peace in knowing that Stephanie comes from one of the strongest families I know and has loved ones waiting for her on the other side. Words cannot ever express how deeply her loss is felt by all those who knew and loved her. I will not say that she will be missed because that is an understatement and obvious. I lost my loving daughter tragically on Saturday. She will be eternally missed by family, loved ones and friends. Her Grandfather (Fred) and Grandmother (Faith) were waiting to show her the way.
