Dear Valerie, Ken, Christine, & Kristian,

I just learned of your precious son's sudden death. My heart is aching, aching, aching for your loss.

My son, Joe, met Brian at Corpus, for only one year of schooling there: 7th grade. But Brian and Joe Mlachak became fast friends.... then we moved to Arizona.

Joe is home here, in AZ, for Thanksgiving; he shared this horrible news with me moments ago.

I am deeply saddened for the difficult days and months ahead, as you grieve your son and brother.

Our faith, our precious Faith, is our greatest shield. Hold on to your faith. I will say many Rosaries for Brian and you. For peace and comfort.

My deepest condolences,

Laura (Mlachak) Bjorklund in Arizona

Dear Borski family,
I am deeply sorry for your loss of Brian. It was such a huge shock to me when I heard what happened. For the little stance of time I got to know him he was a great guy. I can't believe his is actually gone. I pray that I am able to grieve and that you will all be able to find peace somehow. He will be greatly missed.

Ken & Mrs. Borski,
Words cannot express the sorrow I feel for you. There is nothing worse in this world than losing your child. He obviously was an exceptional young man. It is very, very hard right now and no amount of sympathy from me can ease the pain, but know over time, it will get better, you will remember all of the good times, the bright smile, the funny things and the goofy things he did and most of all the hugs and kisses. I know this because I lost my 19 year old daughter, Jennifer in 2008 in an auto accident. I will be praying for you and your family.

Dear Valerie, Kenny, and Christie,
I was so sorry to hear about Brian passing away. He was such a vivacious, talented, and polite young man. It was wonderful watching him and all the boys of Corpus Christi growing up. You were such good parents in guiding him and shaping him- and really were so nice to all of the boys. Brian was such an amazing super athlete. I always enjoyed watching him in any sport that he played. You were so supportive of him in all of his endeavors and it helped him to become the good man that he was. God bless you all and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Brian,

You were an awesome, loyal, unique, fiery, competitive individual and always had a smile on your face. You led by example always. I will always cherish all of our memories on the field whether it was soccer or baseball, hanging out in Houston or at the rodeo cook-off. You were always so welcoming man. I'm glad we reconnected right after college one night on Washington. We always talked about creating a soccer team, so we will play again one day buddy. I'm going to miss our talks, but I will have your texts forever man. I'm going to miss watching you play dodgeball. Fly high B.
You were one of the best.

My condolences to Mr. Borski, Mrs. Borski, Christy, his family and everyone whose lives he impacted.
Your son is a gem.

Love,

Valerie, Ken, and Christy:

I am so sorry for your loss. Words can not adequately express my feelings. Of course, I only knew Brian in the context of his baseball persona during his playing days at Kyle Chapman and through the journey to the PONY World Series in Washington, PA. He always played the game with joy and enthusiasm. I can never remember when he did not have a smile on his face. That is how I will always remember him.

I was pleased to hear about how he positively impacted others as he grew older at last night's vigil at Corpus Christi.

Please know you and Brian will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Mr.&Mrs. Borski,
When I heard of Brian's passing, I was very deeply saddened. My connection to Brian was not surprisingly it seems, was through baseball, as a coach for Mike Rutledge and Kyle Chapman Baseball!
The years all run together now, but I remember Brian's team, and Brian in particular as having an infectious smile, and a well developed sense of humor. He also definitely had a knack for being in the middle of everything good or not! His teammates and coaches really enjoyed his outgoing, friendly, and mischievous nature.
Brian, and your family will be in my heart during my prayers and reflection.
May God Bless you all and give you strength during this very difficult time.
Sincerely

We are simply heartbroken to hear of the untimely passing of your son. Such a tragedy that there are no words to really express what we want to say to you both. Please know that your family is in our constant thoughts and prayers. We will continue to lift you all up to Our Father. Although at times like this, we do not understand His ways, we must know that He has a plan. Those of us left behind are broken and hurting. I know there is nothing I can say to magically take the pain and sorry away of your loss of Brian. Please just know all my love, thoughts, and prayers go out to you all. With faith, family, and friends we can get through this tragedy together. I have nothing to say but great things about Brian. I loved him more than I think he knew. I always wanted to be a better Uncle to Brian and Christy. I had high hopes of getting to spend more time with Brian. He was always fun to be around, and made me feel special, and so proud to know him. Great comfort can be had I feel in knowing that we will see him again, and for now he is being kept safe and happy in God's hands.
I love y'all very much!

Borski Family,

I knew Brian well in high school since Dani and I are very close friends. I'm deeply sorry for your loss and you are in my thoughts and prayers. Brian was a true light of a human being and he always showed me and our other best friend Natalie so much love and care, more than anyone expects from a friend's boyfriend. I haven't seen Brian in years but always knew if we ever ran into each other it would be like no time had passed. I'm grateful to have known him.

Much love and healing,

Valeri, Ken

Sorry to hear about the tragic loss of your precious son Brian. May God give you peace, strength and comfort during this difficult time.

Whether at Westbury Little League or St Thomas High Shcool, we loved watching Brian play baseball at the highest levels. His competitive spirit, hard work and can do attitude were apparent on the field, even at a very young age. And he did it all with such a sweet, soft spirit off the field.

He was blessed to have so many close friends and life experiences. God blessed you all with a wonderful son, and our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
