It was a privilege to donate platelets for Brian. I would have done anything I could to help a fellow father live to see his children grow up. I wish I could have done more. Know at least, Aaron, Adam and Kristen, that God must have had something very special for your father to do in order to call him to heaven so soon. This is something to be proud of.

Natalie, Phyllis, Sonny and Meemaw-

Words cannot express the sadness we feel for all of you at Brian's passing. What a traumatic year and a half, what a struggle. Everyone did so well under all the strain, Brian left this world without out a doubt concerning those who cared about him. We all will be richer for having known him and poorer for having lost him too soon. We feel this loss very deeply and take solace that he was called to a better place. We love all of you.
