Iconic Houston Chef Polo Becerra, owner of Post Oak Grill, passed away on Wednesday, the 18th of January 2023, in Houston at the age of 60. Chef Polo was born on the 20th of June 1962, in the outskirts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico to Gregorio and Natalia Zambrano Becerra.
Friends and patrons are cordially invited to gather with the family and share remembrances of Chef Polo during a visitation from six o'clock until eight o'clock in the evening on Tuesday, the 24th of January 2023, in the parlor and grand foyer of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons Funeral Directors, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.
A funeral service will be conducted at two o'clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, the 25th of January 2023, in the Jasek Chapel of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons Funeral Directors, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.
The Rite of Committal and Interment will follow, via an escorted cortege at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston.
