My son, Jarred Wertz and I, Anita Wertz, will always remember Chris. He was a true pleasure to be around. I thought of him as my own. He will be missed very much.

I think you were about eight or nine years old when I first met you and your brother. Danita loved you as if you were her own. You will be greatly missed by all of your loved ones. You grew into a fine young man.
