Colin in New Zealand
November 30, 2023
I´m originally from the UK, now in New Zealand, and many years ago did regular business trips to Houston. American colleagues tipped me off about Dave´s Pepper Palace which I visited several times. Dave was always so kind and helpful guiding me through the products, regularly offering me tastings.
Today is 20 years since Dave passed. I still have a Dave´s Pepper Palace t-shirt that I shall proudly wear this evening in honour of a wonderful man who was so kind to me all those years ago.
A true gentleman who will not be forgotten.
Thank you from Colin.

It is with sadness that I read of Dave's passing. We were friends at West High School, class of '58 and I remember him fondly. My condolences to his wife and family and on behalf of the class of '58.

Old Town Spring will never be the same. Dave's was the first (and sometimes the last) place I would go when visiting Old Town Spring. You really brought 'spice' to my life. We'll miss you.
