Faye Piper Obituary

Faye Farris Piper, born April 19, 1913 passed away on July 21, 2013 at the age of 100. She is preceded in death by her parents J.B. and Adnie Farris, and siblings of Kernes, TX. Husband James V. Piper, son Patrick, and grandson Christopher. She is survived by her sister-n-law Sylvia Farris and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was an active member of the Methodist Church for 53 years.
A visitation is scheduled for 9:00am on Thursday the 25th in the chapel of the Holly Hall Retirement Community at 2000 Holly Hall.Funeral services will begin at 10:00am immediately following the visitation with interment to follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.

Mrs. Piper was a ray of sunshine! I made her acquaintance when my mother in law moved to Holly Hall. Mrs. Piper never failed to greet us with a smile, inquire about how we were doing and give us a good word to take with us. She will be missed.
