Felice Weill Cohen

FELICE WEILL COHEN, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend passed away on October 22, 2002. Buzz, as she was known by all who loved her, was a strong, courageous woman of character and wisdom. Born in Galveston, Texas on May 30, 1919, she embraced all she met with her compassion and outgoing personality. Felice loved and adored her husband of 57 years, Aaron, who preceded her in death in 1998. All who knew Felice were touched by her generosity, sense of humor, and commitment to her community. One of her greatest passions was the American Art Therapy Association where she was a past President and Honorary Life Member. She is survived by her daughter Susan Wright of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her granddaughters Alysha Coger (husband Glen) of Springdale, Arkansas and Elizabeth Bowen (husband Ed) and by her great grandson Justin Bowen of Colorado Springs, CO. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 25, 2002 at the chapel of Temple Beth Israel, 5600 N. Braeswood Blvd., Houston, Texas, at 12:30 pm to honor her memory.
