Dear Vicki, Tyler, Austin, and Victoria,
You are always in our prayers. You all were our first friends in Houston, and Gary was always there for us whenever we needed anything (and I was always needing something!). I will always remember how sweet he was to Christian when he would drive him to school - Christian was so little with your big kids, and Gary always treated him like a little man. Christian just cried when we told him that Mr. Gary had gone to Heaven. That is how we all feel. Gary is well now, like my mom, and we thank God for that. We also thank God having been able to know Gary, and pray for the Lord to put his loving arms around all of you and take care of you.

To the Gates family and extended Assurance Mortgage family,

Although I have not had the privilege to know Gary's family personally, I have done business with Gary for a number of years. He was a man of great knowledge, respect, and possessed the utmost integrity. A gentlemen's agreement was all that was required with Gary.
I was unable to attend the service, but my thoughts and prayers were and will continue to be with Gary's family and with all involved with Assurance. God Bless this special person.
