Markley continued a great family friendship tradition. His father and uncle sold my parents a lot in Larchmont where I grew up through Massachusetts boarding school days. We moved from Afton Oaks when my father started P. G. Bell Co., General Contractors. He benefited from San Antonio´s best in Julie.

Markley was my favorite outlaw. We commiserated often about being married to a Biedenharn. We had each other´s back ALWAYS. He still has mine, just from a heavenly perspective. I love you Markley. Be nice you bad boy!!!!

I am so, so sorry to hear this! Markley was a WONDERFUL, OUTSTANDING Volunteer for Meals on Wheels. He always did his best to assist with delivering meals to our Clients. Although I hadn´t heard from him in a couple of years, I´ll always remember his charming demeanor, wonderful smile and charismatic personality! He will truly be missed!!! Markley was a first class human being! Sincere, kind, funny and so very real. I knew him as a fellow Realtor. He knew everything and never with an ego involved. Great husband and Dad and friend. He will be missed. Barbara Josephson

I´m so very sorry to learn that Markley has passed. From the first time I met him when we were cooperating on a real estate transaction many years ago, I have always loved seeing and visiting with him. He was such an honorable person, always a pleasure to work with.
