Jay Patel Obituary

JC PATEL, age 54, passed away at 4:30AM on Friday, August 11, 2006. Jay was currently a resident of Houston Texas living in the Sugar Land area. Jay graduated from London University with a degree in accounting. Though he spent much of his life outside of Texas, he always considered himself a Texan. He was Vice President and an ownership partner with TEICC, a successful Computer Technology Business that he began in 1979 and continues to thrive today. He was an active member of his temple in Stafford Texas BAPS. Jay was deeply spiritual and appreciated the smallest and simplest things in life. He loved yoga, meditation, and literature and most of all spending time with his family and friends. He was always excited to share new things he had learned and seen with others. He aspired to live the life of "the good Samaritan". Jay touched all that knew him, he will be missed. Jay is survived by his wife Bindu; daughters Nisha, Milli and his parents and siblings; who brought him more joy than his heart had ever known. A memorial service will be held Saturday 11:00AM at Garden Oaks Funeral Home located at 13430 Bellaire Blvd. Houston, TX 77083, 281-530-5400. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the: Shri Swaminarayan Mandir (BAPS) 1150 Brand Lane, Stafford, TX 77477. USA Tel: (1-281) 765 BAPS Fax: (1-281) 765 2278
