Jeanne Eckhardt what a sweet, caring, loving person. I met Jeanne in 1997 and got to know the compassionate caring person she was. Her love for her family (especially Amanda), her sisters, her dog and her love for decorating (she was so passionate about) was truly inspiring. I will always remember her beautiful smile, her infectious laugh and her great sense of humor. We were always so excited to see how she was decorating her office and her home was beautiful during the holidays. She was an amazing Mother and her face always lit up when I asked her about Amanda. Such a beautiful soul that was taken from this earth entirely too early. May she live in our hearts forever.
Sincere condolences to her family,
Lisa (Palazzo) Wilson

Jeanne was one of my first office mates in1986 when I started my personnel business at 1616 west loop south ( now the location of Ferrari of Houston)...
I have vivid sweet memories of Amanda as a young girl and Randy, ready to remodel her office into a exquisite expression of Jeanne...
And her parties were the bomb...the best sugar cookies ever...
My heart ♥ feels meloncoly and sweet remembering Jeanne...
Rest in heavenly peace my friend...
We're lovely walking each other home...
With love and gratitude,

My precious friend, you are so missed. The happy lilt in your voice when you would call, "Hey. its Jeanne." Always happy hearted. Your spirit lives on here in a fresh breeze or on the wings of a butterfly. In beautiful flowers that few could grow better than you. Shopping for accessories, chatting over lunch. In almost 40 years of knowing you, your intellect, strength, vision, and ability to Restart under great pressure. Amazing person, great family that you love more than anything. A chair is empty here on Earth, but our lives remain filled with the essence of Jeanne. You left a mark that has given to so many. You are loved!!!!!

Losing a loved one is never easy, but our loving god promises to give the strength and courage you'll need to endure, and to cope with the pain of your loss. He also promises to hold your hand every step of the way. (Isaiah 40:29, 41:10, 13)

Looking at that smile warms my heart and lightens my day. I can also hear her contagious laughter. Jeanne lit up a room whenever she entered it. My family was privileged to have her spoiled little dog Ellie Mae for a week while Jeanne gathered with family in Hawaii one year. I have never seen such a couch potato dog that hated to take walks. We would get her to the sidewalk and she would pull as hard as she could to get right back to the house and the weather was beautiful. we loved hosting Ellie Mae and never got another opportunity since she moved back to Texas. What a loss you must all feel and may Ellie Mae's new home be blessed by her presence.
