Jeffrey Chase Primm, Sr., 47, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2011. He was a beloved husband, son, brother, father, grandfather & friend.
Jeff's wife Susan; children, Reagan & Jeffrey Chase, Jr., eldest children Ryan & Courtney; granddaughter, Bryslynn; mother Shirley Friedlander; brother Steven, his wife Marie, their children Emily & Will survive him in life. Father Thomas Chase & brother David Dean Primm precede him in death.
Jeff was a 25-year volunteer of the HLS&R. He loved snow skiing, spending time on the water; enjoying life with family & friends. Jeff will be missed greatly!
