Dear Joe and Family,
We share lots of great memories growing up in Sharpstown and playing softball. I will always remember Joe coaching our softball team, ushering at Rice games, volunteering at St. Francis and organizing Exxon lunches. He certainly lived a full life! May he now Rest In Peace. I think he's now in Heaven with his other loved ones and looking forward to everyone else joining him.

I met Joe while working at Rice during basketball. He always made sure to stop by and say hello. He was such a happy man. I am sad I wasn't able to say goodbye. I looked for him every game and looked forward to hearing his stories. Joe, I'm sorry we never got around to having lunch. We will meet again and lunch is one me. RIP.
