JOYCE BOLING
CHAPMAN, 81, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2018. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, always asking what she could do for others. A native Houstonian and a 1954 graduate from Lamar High School, she then attended Southern Methodist University where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. Joyce loved to sing and play the piano, a gift she loved to share with those around her. She spent much of her career as an administrative assistant at Rodney's, the Houston men's store founded by her father Rodney Boling. She is preceded in death by her father, Rodney Donal Boling and mother, Maurine Keach Boling. She is survived by her husband, Andrew T. Chapman; son and daughter-in-law, Donal and Tricia Antill; son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Katy Antill; son Mark Antill; stepson Drew Chapman and his wife Bre; grandchildren, Mary Grace Antill, Matthew Antill, George Antill, Vaughn Antill and Abigail Chapman, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the administration, caregivers, and residents at Sundance Memory Care Towne Lake for the love, compassion, and friendship they gave Joyce over the last year.
