I have been friends with Lisa since the 7th grade. We even had the opportunity to work together for a few months at Eckerds. She was one of very few people you could look at and make you smile. She was funny, extremely nice, and always in high spirits. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. My condolences to the family. Lisa was pure perfection.

Im a signing on behalf on the KM4B which was so very blessed to have Lisa in. Lisa was a wonderful person who the whole group loved. I was a freshman when she was a senior, and although she did not have the oppurtunity to march for long, she would always talk to me and she helped make me feel apart of such a big orginization. I know that the directors admired her strength and courage, as well as those who did not personally know her, but most of all, her friends. I wish that the whole band could be like Lisa, but that is what made her so specialy unique. We will always remember her, and in '02 marching season, I promise that we will all be thinking of Lisa at the first game that we march. Lots of love, God Bless, RIP Lisa, you are so missed, to the Cole family, our prayers are with you and they will always be. I am so sorry this had to happen. God takes the best ones the earliest. He wouldnt have taken her if she didnt live life to the fullest. She was special and she didnt need all the extra years to get out of life what we all need 90 yrs to get from it. She wa truly blessed, and we all have an angel watching over us. Peace and God Bless.

To Lisa's Family --
I am Lisa's Internet English teacher and wanted to tell you how deeply sorry I am for your loss. I let Lisa's classmates know of her passing, and they are writing notes about her on our bulletin board in the electronic classroom. I will print and mail those to you--along with Lisa's last paper. It is about heroism; and it is about her parents.
Lisa was on track to make an A in my course. More importantly, she was from the first contact between us a lovely, bright, sweet young soul. I am heartbroken that I couldn't have worked with and known Lisa longer.
With deepest sorrow,
Joan Samuelson

To Mr. and Mrs. Cole,
I was one of the PCA's that took care of Lisa while she was on 11 Tower this last visit. I spent alot of time in her room talking to her. I know that she was a very special person with a very big heart. All of my prayers are with you at this time. Remember that you have a very special angel amongst you right now and that will never change. Keep her alive in your thoughts and in your hearts as I will here. God Bless you all. Rachel D.
