I attended the nursery school from 1964-1967. I remember the playground and nap time. I even played Goldilocks even with brown hair. The first grade across the street was in a neat building/house. It had a patio upstairs where we could look at birds and other animals in the trees. I left to attend 2nd grade at West University Elementary. Such fond memories of nursery school.

Dear Mary Ann and family,

I want you to know you are in my prayers at this very hard time. You were surely blessed to have had such a wonderful mom and grandmother.

Mary Ann, I was thinking about your mom a couple of weeks ago when I was driving down Academy. My kids (Mark and Ashley Erickson) are all grown up now but I know that your mom played a special role in their young lives. My thoughts are with you and your family.

My son Matt Kellogg and I Robin Kellogg Schwalb were both blessed enough to know Mrs. Harmon, we both attended her school. I know she was devoted to the school and to children for many many years and will be remembered as the wonderful woman that she was. She had a positive impact on both our lives.

After checking out man schools in the West U area in the early 90's, I happened upon Ms. Harmon's school. All the kids where dirty, playing, engaged and happy. I fell in love with Ms. Harmon and the school. My daughter was there for 1993-1995 and then later my son from 2001-2003. Thank ou Ms. Harmon and Mary Ann for your wonderful education and dedication. My children would not be who they are today without it. Ms. Harmon will be deeply missed.
