We are so sad to hear of Maurice's untimely passing. Maurice was a one of a kind individual who will be missed by family and friends alike. We will miss his humor and good natured response whenever we needed his counsel or help. The memories he created for us in a backyard living space will remind us to be thankful for knowing him in the years to come. He spoke frequently of family and we will keep you in our prayers.

We are deeply saddened by the news of Maurice's passing. Rarely do you meet someone who loves his family, his work or a good baseball game as fully as Maurice. He quickly became a friend. Maurice built a beautiful backyard retreat for us two years ago. It is a work of art! When Maurice was at our home, he always took the time to speak of his family. He was so proud of you all. He also shared his joy and excitement in finding his new love. Our prayers are with each of you during this difficult time. We are blessed to have known him and will miss him.

We met Maurice just two short years ago.

We were so impressed with his creative ability.

He started off as the guy who designed our pool and ended up becoming our friend.

When I think of Maurice I hear his voice and laughter...I see a big smile on his face. That is what I will always remember along with his kind heart and his amazing personality. I have known Maurice my entire life and I grew up looking up to his children who are also amazing people. I will miss him greatly but I will keep wonderful memories close to my heart.

I knew Maurice for exactly one hour. In that brief time, he impressed me with his warmth and kindness and won me over completely. I knew we would be friends forever. He spoke lovingly of his children and grandchildren, and I observed first hand how deeply and completely he loved Suzy, Josh and Brad, in whose living room we sat. My heart goes out to all of you; surely this is a loss from which no one will ever fully recover. I suspect Maurice's greatest legacy is the love and kindness which characterized his life, and which should provide some measure of comfort to each of you. Certainly, that is my prayer.

maurice and i were married for 20 yrs.and have a huge history with family and friends, but the most precious and beautiful memory was the birth of our children, staci and jason, who have grown into the most unbelievable responsible, caring and loving adults that any parent could ever dream for. what an incredible blessing from god. we again, were double blessed once more with the birth of our gorgeous and beautiful grandchildren, rebecca and benjamin beinart who we both are crazy about and i know in my heart maurice will be watching over them as well as his children. maurice can now rest in peace. he will be missed greatly and staci and jason davidoff will carry his love and legacy forever.

My dad was such an amazing man. He was my rock. We spoke every single day about anything and everything and that's one of the thing's that I will miss the most. He had such a huge heart. He loved his family more than anything in the world and would do anything for us. It breaks my heart that he will never get to see Ben and Becca grow up. We are so proud of you dad and miss you so much. I love you.
