In Memory of Mike
11/14/46 – 8/1/06
If roses grow in heaven Lord,
then pick a bunch for me;
Place them in my daddy's arms
and tell him they are from me.
Tell him that I love and miss him,
and when he turns to smile,
Place a kiss on his cheek
and hold him for a while!
... We love and miss you every day.
You are in our hearts and our prayers.

Mikey,
Today would have been our 26th wedding anniversary. I remember our first date, the day you proposed, our wedding, and all of the days in between. I will always love you, Mikey, and you will always be in my heart.
A little bit more than yesterday, A little bit less than tomorrow

Mike and I were in choir together from Jr High through High School. We were fortunate to be a part of a great senior class at Killeen High. Mike entertained us all with his beautiful bass voice and great personality.
My prayers are with you all.
God Bless you.

Dear Geri and Family,
I have known Mike since we were in 7th grade at Rancier Junior High in Killeen. Mike was always sweet, gentle and delightful. We sang together in school and church choirs for six years. I will always remember him with great fondness and respect.
May God bless you in this time of loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Geri and Family,
Mike was a warm, caring colleague and a professional who could be talent in New York or any other major market.
Mike, during the time we were both at KTRH told about an early life bout with cancer.
We offer our prayers for Mike, you, the daughters and you, his wife.
Blessings,

Mike and Anita were always gracious hosts to the numerous tennis players I brought to the KPRC radio station. We missed him when he left radio, and we'll miss him now. My sincere sympathy to his family.

Mike came on the scene at KTBB as I was leaving in 1974. I know he enjoyed much popularity at his job in Tyler. It's hard to find a news person these days who gets much respect. Seems like Mike got a lot of it.

Geri and family -
I am very saddened to hear the news about Mike. He was a wonderful man. My sister, Anita, would always talk about some of their great moments on the talk show together.
She, I am sure, has saved him a place right next to her and she is probably talking his ear off.
