Oscar Diaz Soliz, born in Beeville TX,, Nov. 15, 1949, passed away Aug. 13, 2017 in Houston TX. He leaves to cherish his memories brothers: Luis D. and Rosa Soliz, Jose Angel and Bertha Soliz, and Julian D. Soliz Jr.; sister: Eva and husband Adan Flores; and sister-in-law Stella Soliz; many loving children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Lee Soliz; parents: Julian and Leonor Solz; brother: Raynaldo D. Soliz; sisters: Maria Elena Soliz and Irene Soliz; and sister-in-law: Grace Soliz.
Visitation will be held Thur., Aug. 17, 2017 at 10567 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston TX 77038 from 6:00~8:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be Fri., Aug. 18 at 10:00 a.m., to be followed by interment at Houston National Cemetery with Military Honors at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to Veterans Funeral Services (281) 272-9900

He was extremely handsome, cool and very sweet. He loved his family. He liked cool cars and inventing new items. He truly will be missed...
