Robert Mullins Obituary

ROBERT CLARENCE MULLINS, 67, of Houston, TX died unexpectedly at 6:05 PM on Saturday, August 5, 2006 at his Iowa, LA residence. Mr. Mullins was born February 23, 1939 in Kansas City, MO, where he grew up and graduated from East High School. He majored in Electrical Engineering at Kansas City, MO Junior College. He served his country in the U. S. Air Force for four years. In 1966, he moved to Lake Charles and then to Houston, TX in 1968. Mr. Mullins worked for Brown and Root from 1968 until 1983 when he opened his own business. He was the owner/operator of H.I.S. Tapes and Duplication for twenty-two years. He was a member of Christian World Ministries. Mr. Mullins is survived by his wife of thirty-eight years, Evelyn Corbello Mullins of Houston, TX; two daughters, Rachel (Cary) Bryant of Austin, TX and Jennifer (Carlos, Jr.) Sepeda of Houston, TX; son, Brad (Jamie McFeron) Mullins of Houston, TX; two brothers; and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Houston National Cemetery with the graveside service to follow at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 11, 2006.
