Dear Jim and extended family, I had the pleasure of knowing your parents since 1982. Both were delightful, intelligent, caring people. These past few years I've enjoyed visiting with your dad about skiing and traveling. His activity level was amazing. He even promised to teach me to enjoy Sushi, but I never had the nerve to take him up on it, my loss. His service was beautiful and very moving. It was evident of how much he loved and was loved.

Laura, Louise, David & Marian: I am so sad to learn today that another great family friend has "gone west." I have so many happy memories of visits with Bob and Fran, and latterly so many nice visits with Bob when he came north to visit. Our parents held your folks in such high esteem, and they were treasured friendships, for them, and for us. Condolences to all.

Please accept out deepest condolences on the loss of your Dad. We were fortunate to spend time with him in Canada at Jim's 75th and in Winnipeg for Bob's Canadian birthday celebration. Please know that others are thinking of you at this time. Hope all your wonderful and happy memories will help you through this difficult time.

Louise and the rest of the family - I am so very sorry to hear about your dad. I know he was a very loving, caring, sweet man to have the kids that he does. Just know he is in Heaven now with our beloved Father and in no more pain. I know the pain is very raw right now but it will get lighter as time passes by. I will pray for this for all of you. God Bless you all.

Hi sweet Louise. Your warm caring heart always surrounded your Dad. That was quite evident to me when we would talk.
Can't wait to see you, my dear friend and give you a hug and lend you an ear whenever you need one as you so graciously did for me in my times as these. Don't know what I would have done without you. You are a rock and a dear, dear friend.
Much love and God's healing to you and all of your family.
