Ruby Jewel Cooper, 72, a retired Licensed Funeral Director of Diggs Funeral Home (Bellville, TX) and Evans Mortuary (Richmond, TX) expired on (Sunday) September 29, 2024. Visitation will be held (Thursday) October 17, 2024, from 10-10:55 a.m. Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 a.m., both services will be held at Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church 3826 Wheeler Ave., Houston, TX 77004. Dr. Marcus D. Cosby officiating. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery (Richmond, TX),

I sat with sister Ruby and her beautiful daughter Hollie for the last three years worshiping together at Wheeler Ave., Baptist Church. I know siste Cooper had earned her wings and soaring like the butterflies that wears on her jackets.
I loved her from the first time we met
The time we the time we shared worshiping together, those memories wheelchair be cherished, and they´ll never die
You will be missed but not forgotten!
