To Sis Greer and Family, Bro Greer was such a special man. I remember being the musician at his church when Shadydale was first established. He would pick me up every Sunday morning at my Dad's home and bring me back each afternoon. He kept such a mild manner. In later years, I found out that he is related to the Page family. God will continue to keep you in His care. We will all miss Rev. Greer.

To the entire Greer family you have my sympathy. I would like to thank you all for your father who gave to his neighborhood and his congregation. Any child that he saw running up and down those streets of "Buckingham Place" you were going to church and if you were a visiting child you were going also. He would personally pick you up for church and you were taught about God and Love. He will truly be missed.

Dear Sis Greer,
I could never express how much I loved Bro. Greer. He was my first real pastor. He watched me grow up and was like a second father. He was there for all the major events in my life. I broke my ankle and it is still too swollen for me to put a shoe on yet, so if I am not present at the funeral, just know I said my goodbyes at the funeral home today, just him and me. My prayers are with you and the entire Greer family. He has just gone ahead and will be waiting for us. Pam

TO THE GREER FAMILY, SIS GREER, SAMUEL O., DONALD RAY, AND ERIC. May GOD'S Spirit of comfort and peace rest upon you at this time. Our Senior Saints are going on in, but we know that they have prepared themselves ahead of time. They have lived the life and set the example and now it is in our hands to continue the legacy. May God's comforting Spirit rest upon you at this time and give you peace. We cannot be there in the flesh, but our thoughts and prayers will be there with you.
