I know it had been a long time since I have seen Steve. I worked for Steve at Texas Instruments. He was a wonderful boss. He and his wife Sherry, were always fabulous with my children. I hope you are Resting In Peace. God Bless you and your family.

Lynn,
Our hearts are with you and Andrew and his wife. Steve was one of a kind, so bright and such a great leader. We four have many fond memories of fun times together, including college, early marriage, and as guests at some of your Opera Balls. You can always be so proud of all he accomplished. It was so special to visit him last June and get to tell him we loved him. James said the service was very special. Steve will be missed! Love, Kathy Courtland PS: I posted several fraternity photos under Community photos on this site and on Steve's facebook page. Those tailgates Steve organized were so great!

Lynn John and I were so sorry to learn that Steve passed away recently. I was privileged to have shared some years with him on the Board of Austin Lyric Opera. He was friendly, funny, practical, and down to earth---we need more people like him! Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
