Tyler Sharp Obituary
He is survived by his parents Tom and Marie Sharp of Houston, TX; sister, Megan Sharp Griffin and her husband Tyson of Pearland, TX; brother, Bryce Sharp of Houston, TX; longtime girlfriend, Kali Purefoy of Mineral Wells, TX; grandparents, Patty and Ricky Sharp, Ann "Mother" Shiver, Charles Orsak and Richard Shiver; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and all of his beloved cousins.
Friends are cordially invited to the visitation with the family on Friday, June 28, 2013 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Gateway Church, 760 Clear Lake City Blvd., Webster, TX 77598.
A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Gateway Church with Randy Hageman officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to Special Spaces Houston: c/o Christy Tankersley, 628 Northport Lane, Kemah, TX 77565.

Tyler was such a joy to coach or to coach against. On the field or court, Tyler was always smiling and competing and he was a great teammate as he only had encouraging things to say to his teammates or his competition. You could tell he played sports for the right reason, rule #1 to have fun. He will be missed but never forgotten.

Tyler has always been a fun loving, kind, adventurous, man of God. I remember all the wonderful games we use to play, and how he had so much energy. Tyler was one of those students who I will always remember. He had such a big heart and a great personality. I had the pleasure of not only being around him in football, but also getting the opportunity to coach him during basketball camp for a few years. I am so deeply saddened, as all of the Clear Lake coaches are by the news of this loss. Not only was Tyler a fine competitor, but he was an even better person.
