My deepest sympathy goes out to the Ditta family. My husband who is also deceased Charles (Chuck) Culpepper played softball during many of the years that Vince was with the Parks and Rec Dept. Vincent was always such a gentleman; kind, personable and always ready to be of service to the ballplayers and their families. He will be missed and it was a pleasure knowing him. Sincerely,

Gloria Culpepper and family
