Bryan Zipperer Obituary

Bryan Joseph Zipperer, age 31, of Brillion passed away at his residence on Thursday, November 6, 2014.

Bryan was born on April 17, 1983 in Manitowoc, son of Michael and Joan (Ourada) Zipperer. He was a graduate of Reedsville High School, class of 2001. Bryan also was a graduate of Milwaukee School of Engineering, class of 2005 in Mechanical Engineering and earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, class of 2007. On August 26, 2006, he married Koren L. Schmidt at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. Bryan could make or repair anything. Even as a child, Bryan loved to take things apart to see how they worked and put them back together. When it didn't work, he would use band-aides and tape. He loved going for walks and spending time with "the boys."

Bryan is survived by his wife Koren; their children: Bruce and Bram; his parents: Mike and Joan; siblings and their spouses: Michael P. (Biljana) of Port Washington, Melissa (Scott) Jansky of Two Rivers, Suzi (Steve) Bratz of Reedsville, and Joey (fiance' Sarah Schuh) of Cooperstown; his mother-in-law: Monica Schmidt of Brillion; sister-in-law: Wendy (Kevin) Grelson of Appleton; grandmother: Cecilia Ourada of Reedsville; nieces and nephews: Marko, Eva, Alexander , Madison, Logan, Sawyer, and Syler; uncles, aunts, other relatives, and friends survive. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Lester and Sylvia (Shimek) Zipperer, maternal grandfather: Rudy Ourada, a sister-in-law: Melissa Zipperer, an aunt: Darlene Ourada, and uncle at birth: Jack Ourada, and grandmother-in-law: Eunice Mella.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Timothy Brandt and Koren's cousin: Rev. Bill Brunner. Burial will follow in Holy Family Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church on Monday night, November 10, 2014 from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. A prayer service will conclude the visitation, led by Sister Ruth. The visitation will continue on Tuesday morning at church from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

Online condolences may be made at www.wieting-funeralhome.com

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established for "the boys."

The Zipperer family would like to say, "Some families marry and have a wonderful daughter-in-law like Koren, but others marry and also have a wonderful mother-in-law like Monica. Thank you Monica for everything you have done and how supportive you have been, not only to Bryan but to us as well."
