Thomas Naidl Obituary
Thomas L. Naidl, age 60 of Southbrook Manor, Manitowoc, died Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Manitowoc Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Thomas was born October 11, 1953 in Rapid City, SD son of Charlotte (Strohfeld) Naidl and the late Lester Naidl. He attended schools in the Manitowoc area and graduated with the class of 1971 from Lincoln High School. On November 22, 1973 he married the former Constance Kocourek at St. Anne Catholic Church in Francis Creek. She preceded him in death February 12, 2004. He was employed for many years at Northern Labs in Manitowoc. He was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. He also enjoyed listening to music.
He is survived by his mother: Charlotte Naidl, Manitowoc; two daughters: Tammy (Craig) Herzfeldt, Manitowoc; Candace (Tony) Blaha, Two Rivers; two grandchildren: Lillian and Michael Herzfeldt, Manitowoc; mother-in-law: Joleen Wellner, Manitowoc; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Steve (Sue) Naidl, Manitowoc; Glenn (Lynn) Naidl, Manitowoc; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Judy (Tom) Schulz, Manitowoc; Joan (Steve) Kiel, Manitowoc; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Michael (Irene) Kocourek, Manitowoc; George (Terri) Kocourek, TN; Alan Kocourek, Sheboygan; Edward (Brenda) Kocourek, Manitowoc; David (Stacy) Wellner, Manitowoc; Dale (Stacy) Wellner, Appleton; Gina (Mark) Powell, IA; Donna (Roger) Naidl, Manitowoc, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his wife: Constance Naidl; his father: Lester Naidl; father-in-law: Richard Wellner; brother-in-law: Donald Kocourek.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at the Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 1122 South 8th Street, Manitowoc. Rev. Dave Beaudry will officiate. Entombment of his cremated remains will take place at Knollwood Mausoleum. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Online condolences may be expressed at www.jensreinboldandpfeffer.com
