Jacob Flores Obituary
May 28, 1998 - March 9, 2015
Jacob John Flores, 16, of Meridian went to be with his Heavenly Father on Monday, March 9, 2015.
Jacob was born in Nampa, ID on May 28, 1998 to Jason John Flores (Norma Guzman-Flores) and Esmeralda Trejo (Jean Claude Mukolo). He attended Rocky Mountain High School where he made many friends.
Jacob was preceded in death by his grandmas Paulette Raass and Lupe Mora and great grandpa Martin Flores.
Jacob is survived by his older sisters Faith A. Flores and Hope D. Flores; his Papa Tiki Raass and grandpa Felipe Trejo; his step brother Patrick Paz and sister Aurora Paz; and his nephew Jordan; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Jacob was a very loving and caring person. He will be deeply missed by all. He always brought joy and happiness to all that knew him. He had a huge heart and will always be remembered for his laughter and smile. Fly high baby brother until we meet again.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2015 from 12 Noon until 2:00 P.M. with a celebration of his life starting at 2:00 P.M. at the Harvest Life Church, 11437 W. Orchard Ave., Nampa. Services are under the direction of the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel. An online guest book is available at www.nampafuneralhome.com
We will also be having a candle light vigil and balloon release on Friday, March 13, 2015 at 8:00 P.M. at his residence. Please contact Hope for more details (208) 515-1625.
