Adrian Bertasso
DOWNEY -J. Adrian Bertasso, 27, of Downey and husband of Georgette Judkins Bertasso, passed away at his home of cancer on April 27, 2007.
He was born January 27, 1980, in Pocatello, Idaho, a son of Craig Kent and Gayle Scoggins Bertasso. He was raised and educated in Downey and attended Marsh
Valley High School. He worked building homes in the Pocatello area for a time. He than met and married his sweetheart, Georgette Judkins. on Nov.
2003, in Malad.
Following their marriage, they lived in various places
where Adrian continued working in construction. In 2003, they moved to Downey to be closer to his family. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping and all outdoor activities. Adrian especially loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Georgette of Downey; a son, Ethan. and a daughter; Cierra, both of Downey; his mother, Gayle Scoggins of
Dubois, Idaho;three brothers; David (Rebecca) Bertasso of Tremonton, Utah, Jeff (Melissa) Bertasso of Downey; Challis Bloxham of Dubois; one sister; Cameo Bloxham also of Dubois; grandparents; James (Velma) Scoggins of Duboise; mother-in-law, Vonda Judkins of Blackfoot;two brothers-in-law. Dan (Tamara) Judkins of Jerome and Benji Judkins of Blackfoot.
He was preceded in death by his father; Craig Bertasso; grandparents, Reed and Vera Bertasso
and Lois and Jim Cook; a cousin; Laura Fisher; and a best friend; Mark Baker.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2007, at 12 noon in Horsley's Marsh Valley Funeral Home, 570 N. Meadowview Dr., Arimo. Friends may call
at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:30 to11:45 a.m. Burial will follow in the Downey City Cemetery.
