Jerre E Munson, 79, of Lincoln, MT passed away Thursday evening, July 31, 2014, at home from cancer, surrounded by his family.
He was born April 8, 1935 in Ogden, UT, to Arthur James Munson and Florence Brown Munson. Shortly thereafter, they moved to Pocatello, ID. He married Martha V Miller of American Falls, ID in 1954. They had four children.
Jerre worked for Garrett Freightlines in Pocatello for 33 years, until retirement. They relocated to Lincoln MT, in 1995, for the recreational activities. Jerre was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoy fishing, hunting, camping and boating.
He is survived by his wife, Martha, and his four children, (Jerre D Munson of Carlton, OR, Donna (Doug) Zahm of Silver Springs, NV, Nancy Larsen of Tillamook, OR, and Sharon Stanton of American Falls, ID), 8 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister (Lynette Brower) and 1 great-grandaughter (Claire Zahm)
In accordance to his wishes, his body will be cremated with no memorial service at this time.
