I worked for Bud back in the 70's and 80's... Fine boss and a good man...

My condolences to the Decker family. I worked in traffic control on several jobs with Bud when he worked for Western Construction. He was a great man to work with. I will always remember his great sense of humor, and pranks. He was always up for a good joke, and his men respected him. Bud was hard working and got the job done right. He will be missed. I am sorry for your loss.

The world lost another great man.Bud taught me a lot about work. A long, long time ago our families spent time together on various projects. Bud always treated me with respect no matter my age at the time. I always think of Bud when I go through Pine to our cabin. Bud you will be missed, but not forgotten.
PS.... say Hi to my Dad.
