I regret not seeing this sooner and expressing love and appreciation to Eric and the family. Cindy and all the Westdyke family were an important part of my adolescent years, a great stabilizing force. Daily rides to and from early morning seminary to school were often punctuated by being included in their family prayer, kneeling around the "sprocket" table. No doubt the significance of including me in that family ritual seemed minor at the time but many many times those memories come back as decades later I kneel with my own wife and children and my children kneel with their children. Wishing God's choicest blessings on Cindy seems kind of silly, I know without doubt He has and will continue to bless her and her family. I do pray for peace comfort for all the family and know her example echoes down through the generations. Love to you all.

Cindy is beautiful inside and out. She will always hold a special place in my heart. She was a dear friend. She made me laugh, feel understood, see life at another angle, cheer up, feel grateful, feel stronger and feel loved. There isn't anything more I could need from a dear friend. I will always be grateful for her friendship and love. The world is a better place because Cindy lived here. She will always be remembered by anyone that knew her with fondness and love.

I loved her very much, just as everyone who knew her loved her. She lived her faith every day of her life and was an example to everyone who came into contact with her. She could dry my tears and make me laugh, all because she loved me enough to care more about me than she cared about herself. What a fine lady! I will always picture her with her radiant smile. I have everyone who feels this loss in my prayers.
