Wow, I'm so sorry to see this….My Mom called me yesterday to tell me about Harvey passing, I wished I would have known sooner I would have definitely gone to his memorial. Harvey, a few other guys and my Dad (Bob Allen) were serious river adventurers. They went places with river boats (fiberglass and aluminum) that no one thought was possible. I have many fond memories of these adventures and miss them all. RIP Harvey!

We met Harvey several years ago when we started riding motorcycles-and just visited with him a couple of weeks ago. He was so fun and was a kid at heart. Seemed as if he had traveled the world, because everywhere we went, he always ran into someone he knew. What a life he led. We enjoyed riding with him.
