Hazel Hale Obituary

Hazel Valentine Hale 1921 ~ 2012 Hazel Valentine Hale, 91, of Boise died Sunday, April 12 at home of natural causes. Hazel was born February 14, 1921 at Delta, Colorado. She moved to Boise as a child where she received her education. She married Paul E. Hale on December 17, 1937 in Boise. Her career of choice was wife and motherhood. She enjoyed fishing and hunting and having meals with her husband. In later hears she enjoyed being a Grandmother and was known by her grandchildren as "Super Grandma". Survivors include three daughters, Joanne Drinkall, Gladys Mahan and Paulette (Kenneth) Gibbons all of Boise; 14 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grandchildren, and 14 Great-Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul; her mother Bessie Marie Huffington Isgar, her father Arthur Isgar, one brother, Robert Isgar; four sisters; Helen Stanfield, Florence Pierce, Gladys Hale, Nellie Beutler; two sons in law; Clayton Mahan, Joseph Coelho III and a baby Granddaughter Mary. A viewing will be held Wednesday April 11, 2012 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Cloverdale Funeral Home, 1200 N. Cloverdale Road and also on Thursday April 12, 2012 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, April 12, 2012 at Terrace Lawn Memorial Gardens, ¼ mile west of the Cloverdale-Fairview intersection. Bud Miley of the Boise 10th Ward, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints will officiate. Grandma, The world will not be the same without you. Your presents will be with me every time i am out on the lake or at the river. Thank you for teaching me what is so dear to me.
