What a beautiful person. What an amazing family. Few families had as much of an impact on my upbringing as the Dodds. My heart aches right now for them.
I love you, Dodds. This world is a better place for Jenny having been it. She will be missed by so many. I will remember Jenny for her ability to form friendships with all kinds of people and accepting everybody. I'd be surprised if she ever had an enemy. Please know that so many people love you guys and we're thinking of you, praying for you and here for you.

I was so sorry to hear the news about Jenny. My name is Marcia Rankin and I worked with Jenny at The Pioneer Saloon. Jenny was one of the girls that I will remember with fondness. She was so fun to work with and had such a love for life and a great spirit. I am so glad to hear she pursued a career in geology. She will missed and I am sorry for your loss. I was in 2nd grade with Jennifer Dodds at Sawtooth Elementary. Girls are sort of catty at that age, but Jennifer never was. She was one of my closest friends before my family moved away and I had to change schools. Jennifer was always sweet and kind, and I can't believe her life has been snuffed away prematurely. Jo, Jerry, Becky, Jeff: No parent wants to experience the death of a child. I have been thinking of all of you constantly and the experiences with you all in the 1980's... some holidays together, our puppies playing, the goats, Jerry hauling out rocks (when we had hoped for elk) on a packing trip, jogging with Jeff. Easy to see how she had her interest in Geology, animals, life.I cherish the last time I saw Becky (a gorgeous young woman) at a gas station and Jenny visiting relatives in the hospital. My thoughts are with all of you.
