Matthew Robert Hayes, age 41, passed away suddenly on December 18, 2012 in Houston, Texas. Matt was born December 25, 1970 in Boise, Idaho to Scott and Janet Hayes. Such a special Christmas gift!

Matt enjoyed skiing, Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Jujitsu, mixed martial arts, reading, playing golf with his friends, hunting, and fishing. Tammy & family, I am saddened to hear of Matt's passing. Although I had little time with him, he was always jovial and pleasant to be around. I know his joyful spirit will be missed both in Boise and Houston.
Tammy, I know how much you loved him (and for how long!)
My prayers will be with you for God's presence and comfort for your aching heart.
Sympathetically, Rachel & Matt DeFrees
