Matthew Broughton Obituary
1979 ~ 2013
Matthew James Broughton, 34, passed peacefully in his sleep on December 13, 2013. Matt was born on June 16th, 1979 in Boise, ID to Bonnie and Gary Broughton. He played t-ball and soccer as a child. He attended Boise High School, playing football all three years. He went on to study at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Matt was a talented musician. He taught himself how to play drums, the bass guitar, electric guitar and piano. He had a golden voice and loved to sing karaoke. He was always the center of attention, and was quick with a joke. His nieces and nephew adored him. His friends called him Tubba. To his family, he will always be Uncle Matt. He leaves behind his loving mother Bonnie Broughton, father Gary Broughton, sister Cacy, step-mother Debbie, step-sister Ashley, nieces, Jessi, Amber, Missy, Ally and one nephew Austin. Mom and Pops love you, Matt.
Memorial Services will be held at Pierce Park Baptist Church, 5350 N Pierce Park Ln, Boise, ID
(208) 853-0447 at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 21st. Please join the family for a reception at church, following the services. Condolences may be made at www.bowmanfuneral.com.

I am saddened and filled with sympathy for your family. So very sorry for your loss, I lost my son 18 years ago and it's something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. May time bring you peace and healing.
