Paula Reich Obituary

Paula Dawn Reich Paula Dawn Reich, 38, passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2007, in Monterey, Calif. She was born Dec. 16, 1968, to Don and Darlene Reich at Boise, Idaho. Paula was educated in Boise, attending Taft Elementary, Hillside Jr. High, and graduating from Capital High in 1987. Paula grew up enjoying the great Idaho outdoors; she loved the Owyhee mountains and was practically raised in the mining town of Silver City, where her family owns a home. She spent many happy years exploring the Owyhees with her family and friends, and especially enjoyed playing horseshoes in Silver City's annual tournament. Paula loved listening to music and was a gifted artist who loved to draw. Paula was a hard worker and an outgoing person; but most importantly she was generous and had a big heart, often putting others before herself. She had a beautiful smile and she loved to laugh. Paula touched many people in her life and she will be missed. Paula is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Hagwood of Boise; her parents of Summerville, S.C.; and brothers, Robert Ralls of Nampa, and Allen (Danette) Reich of Melba. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ralph and Bea Dalton, and Harry and Ida Reich. The family would like to thank everyone for their comforting words, compassion, and prayers. A memorial service and celebration of Paula's life will be held for family and friends in Silver city at a later date. Paula is now at peace and is resting in the arms of the Lord and, hopefully, knows how much she was loved.

I knew Paula in choir at Capital. She was so compassionate and on one song where I played the piano, she sat without asking and held the music so it would stay still. She did it without even being asked. She was always so big hearted. I miss her.

Don, Darlene, Allen and Jenn
I just can not believe that she is gone. She was my best friend for so many years. I have thought of all of you so many times through out the years but did not know how to get a hold of anyone. I have so many fond memories of her and all of you. I am glad I have those to cherish. If you need anything please contact me. I would love to hear from you.
