Phillip Thompson Obituary

One of God´s children, Phillip LeRoy Thompson has gone to meet him on June 25, 2006 following a brief illness. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, June 30, 2006 at Cloverdale Funeral Home. Private burial will be at Cloverdale Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of Cloverdale Funeral Home. Phil was born July 27, 1940, in San Diego, Calif. to Mary Agnes and Ernest F. Thompson. His step- father, L. Edward Estes of Boise, by marrying Mary Agnes in January 1956, took his father´s place for 51 years of his life here in Boise. Survivors include his mother, Mary A. Estes and stepfather, L. Edward Estes of Boise; sisters, Phyllis A. Turturici, Kay L. Brown, both of Boise and Sue E. Johnson, of Brighton, Mich. and several nieces and nephews.

I am Wanda Klonglan Birkestrand, Maxine Thompson was my mother, she was also a sister to Ernest Thompson. I am sorry to hear of you loss. Life is precious and time here on earth is so brief. Take care and God Bless.

Hello--

I am Phillip & Phyllis' cousin, Susan Laws Davis. My mother, Yosonda Thompson, was one of Ernest Thompson's sisters (their father). We were sorry to hear of Phil's passing, even though I never met him. Our sympathy goes to Phyllis & the rest of the famil.
