Uncle Shane was one of the funniest guys I've ever met. He'd walk into a room and all of us kids would just crack up at some stupid joke he'd made walking in the door. I've got some really great memories of us all at holidays, weddings, Halloween especially. Remember the vampire getup? He was a great guy, a big goof, and I'm really going to miss him.

Shane was always a bright spot in our day--came in with a smile, and left us smiling. That's one thing we'll always remember about him--that cheshire-cat grin.
