Robin Kramer Obituary
CLEVELAND HEIGHTS -- Robin Gay Kramer, 58, passed away Friday, November 1, 2013.
Born in Barberton, she was a resident of Cleveland Heights. Robin was employed by Case Western Reserve University for over 20 years, currently as an Effort Reporting Specialist.
Preceded in death by her son, Christopher; survived by her husband, Richard; daughter, Denise (Jeff) Masters; son, R. Todd Kramer; three sisters; several grandchildren; nieces; nephews and other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton 44203. A private service will take place for the family. Inurnment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Case Western Reserve in Robin's name; Office of Advancement Services, Case Western Reserve University, 10900 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44106-7035 or online at, [email protected].

I went to school with Robin..we were good friends thru high school and after. I am in shock to learn of her passing. My prayers go out to Rick and her family.Wish I could be there to show my respect but I am out of town. Will be thinking of you.

I recently relocated to Ithaca, New York,to take a position at Cornell, and Robin helped me get here by being a supportive and lovely reference. Always a bright, shining force, always willing to help, she always left me feeling brighter than before I spoke with her. Her patience was infinite in dealing with those of us at Case who so often required her help. May her memory be for a blessing.

I really hate to hear of Robin's passing. She was my very first baton teacher when I was a child. I have many great memories of practices at her place, slumber parties and parades. My prayers go out to her family.

My heart is breaking tonight as I remember all of the wonderful times I had with Robin as a little girl. She taught me how to twirl at the age of four in her basement and with that, gave me opportunities and experiences that I would have never had. I will always remember our sleep overs, parades, and driving to competitions. I'm so very sad to have to say goodbye forever. Rick, my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Robin was a very special lady. I wish I would have got to know her better.Which is why we should never take tomorrow for granted.My wife, Pam and I enjoyed seeing you both at the Indians games and family functions. She was so excited about being chosen fan of the year.She will be truly missed.
